Baked Dijon Flounder

Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 pound flounder fillets
- 1 teaspoon melted butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 Tablespoon chopped chives, frozen or fresh
Directions
Place flounder in a lightly buttered baking dish. Combine remaining
ingredients in a small bowl; spread evenly over fish fillets.
Bake at 350° F. for 15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
